Very honored operator of the KFC Sinsheim. First of all, things taste delicious and the service in the drive-in is pretty quick. but unfortunately I have to complain. all three .9 HOT WINGS® BOX in November / December and on January 2nd, 2021 there were not 9 but only 8 pieces in it. At first I dismissed it as miscounted - but three times? On Saturday, January 2nd, I also paid exactly 20 cents more than what was stated on the order applicant, so I will no longer be seen by you - unless you have an explanation for it - which I don't believe. Everyone has to evaluate taste for themselves, but for the prices you could have bought roast ox and put it between two slices of toast.

My personal experience after 1 visit: I hope it is not the rule, but it was clearly understaffed and we had to wait a long time before we could even order. There are also no nearby places to eat (because on the main street) because of Corona you can only take it with you

Disgusting and unhygienic, only the disabled toilet was accessible. Had to clean for me and my son first, everything was full of pubic hair. Service was friendly, but totally overwhelmed. Not recommendable.

Wait staff were nice. The rest ... Only one toilet was accessible, in an unsanitary condition. The chicken just tasted sad and totally over-salted. Not recommendable.

Went there for dinner on October 18, 2020. It took 30 minutes for the employee to have the order in the system. Then everything was wrongly directed. Until part of the food was there, the other part was cold. We were 9 people at dinner and today 5 of them are not feeling well (stomach problems) that says a lot. You are used to different things from KFC when it comes to prices. Employees should also be trained correctly and not just left alone at the checkout. Normally you should have given minus stars here.

All bathrooms closed only 1 handicapped toilet available. Not good.

The cashier was totally unfriendly. When I asked for a straw it was fetched and thrown towards the tray and landed on it more by chance. In terms of taste it was quite ok.

Fresh, crispy and very good fries 🍟. The service is very friendly 😊. It's kept clean and quiet. We would like to come again.

Clean and friendly environment, yummy food

The chicken pieces on the burgers were soft and not crunchy... The wings have been alright and they still got the old recipe for the coleslaw which is a big plus.

The purest disaster. Unfriendly, dirty and the food was cold. The disinfectant that is at the entrance, where you rub your hands. Then loosens the paint from the drinking cup. After consulting with me and asking for a new cup, I would only get a vague answer. No more refills due to Corona. But price remains the same ......

Employees rather snappy instead of friendly. Box of 3 = 2 of 3 chicken pieces were not cooked through. Burger box = ok, but nothing to fill an adult with. In summary, under the aspect that KFC has proud prices, so more of a flop than top.

It's a KFC, what can you say? What did it for us: Cashier wasn't really up to date with coupons and the menus they offer.

The best place to eat chicken

Terrible. I could not eat fastfood for weeks after the visit there. The burger was not eatable.

The clerk clearly hates his job. Bad service, clerk with bad mood. From looking at the register, we are pretty sure we were overcharged as the clerk didn't consider the promotion for extras in a menu. We didn't complain because the clerk was not friendly at all and also didn't give us the receipt so we couldn't double check. I wouldn't go there again. On the positive side: easy to park
